Abstract:

There is no more powerful and self-sustaining economic force than a well-run, high-growth, for-profit business providing products that are essential and good for people and the planet. Building this type of businesses, however, is extremely difficult and requires extraordinary entrepreneurial teams supported by disciplined investment capital. Today, teams such as these, led by Millennials, focused 100% on agriculture and benefitting from three powerful global trends; are rapidly increasing in number and impact, raising the hope that global food security may finally be attainable.
